Cancellation Policy

To all our valued customers

SIM safety Consulting finds itself in its 5 year of operation, thanks to your support. We are proud of the high level of service we have brought to our clientele.

Course Cancellation

SIM Safety Consulting reserves the right to cancel classes that do not meet the minimum enrollment requirements or extenuating circumstances 48 hrs in advance of the scheduled course date. Every effort will be made to notify all registrants in a timely manner. Fees for cancelled courses will be refunded in full or applied to another course.

Student Withdrawals

Participants may formally withdraw from a class by contacting SIM Safety Consulting 24 hours prior to course date by calling 780-237-5855 or email simconsult@telus.net late arrivals that are denied entrance to the class or who fail to attend the class without notification (no-shows) will forfeit the full course fee. Students and organizations are held responsible for courses in which they are registered until they formally withdraw from course (s) within the refund deadline dates.

Replacement Certificates:

If a student loses his/her certificate a replacement fee of $25.00 + GST will be required. Students will need to provide photo ID and payment before certificate can be replaced.

 

Reminder: All Students who attend training must bring to the course Government issued photo ID i.e. driver’s license, passport or project issued ID cards. No ID no entrance to the course.
